Nag-submit ako ng application for as post on the day of the deadline!

It's my last day at work... again! Tapos na naman ang contract ko na forever yatang renewable. hehehe. I'm glad I always have a job though. Mas mainam nga lang kung permanenete na. Kailan kaya?

This month, nag-apply ako as a Team Assistant sa isang Programme within the same organization.Matagal bago ako nag-apply sa isang post. Medyo alangan kasi ako sa experience ko. Kulang kasi sa years tapos puro relevant pa ang hanap nila. Mababa ang confidence level ko. Pero I applied for this one. Good luck sa akin!

Actually, mas gusto ko sa programme ko ngayon kasi mas exciting. Ito kasi ang nag-o-organize ng conferences. I just love the adrenalin rush! Medyo matagal nga lang ang hihintayin ko para mag-open sila ng post. Although kailangan naman, ewan ko ba kung bakit ang tagal. Baka abutin ako ng problema sa papel.

Speaking of papel, mag-re-renew ako sa mid October. Sana lang walang maging problema. Kung hahanapan nila ako ng papel sa school, may maibibigay akong certificate. 'Wag lang silang manghingi ng kung ano pa, lusot ako! At sana mas i-consider nila ang limang taon ko rito kasi kung ganun, bibigyan nila ako ng papel na walang expiration date. Parang unli ba! Sana naman.

Limang taon! Shit! Hindi ko akalain na magtatagal ako ng ganito rito. Isipin mo, limang taon akong nakatagal dito.Geeze!

Ngayon, last day ko. Makakatulog na naman ako nang mahaba. Sana maging productive ako sa break ko. At sana huwag maging mahaba ang break ko. Nakakapagod maglabas-masok... sa work.

I'm enjoying my break! I have been cleaning and arranging my place since Monday. I did the laundry, ironed clothes and did the usual household chores. It was nice to stay up late at night and stay in bed in the morning.

Tinopak ako last Saturday kasi. It was in the afternoon and I'm so hungry. I decided to pass by good old McDonald's for a meal before going to my part time job.

I ordered this Big Tasty Burger with bacon meal. The guy on the cashier told me it would take some minutes. I said it's okay, ganun naman lagi eh. So I looked for a table and started eating my country potatoes. I have finished half of my potatoes and I'm still okay.

Then, I saw the guy who served me giving burgers to the table next to mine. I looked at him and he told me that he'll come back for my burger. I'm starting to get pissed off. After I have finished all my potatoes and my burger hasn't still arrived, I tried to calm myself and waited for some more time.

But I can no longer take it. Taena! I stood up, took my things, my softdrink and the number that was given to me, I think that was number three. Went straight to the cashier as if reresbak! Sinalubong ako nung guy with my burger and softdrink in a tray and told me that it was the kitchen's fault. He said sorry but I was really pissed off and hesitated to take the burger. I was actually shaking in anger. I was so furious that I cannot look at him straight in the eyes. I swear you wouldn't like to be looked at by me when I'm that mad.

He asked me if it's okay. I said it's not then took the burger and gave him the number. He asked me if I don't want the softdrink and I told him as I was going away that I don't need it. Nung palabas ako, nakita ko 'yung lalagyan ng tray sa tabi ng pinot. Sa inis ko, ihinagis ko yung burger. I think I threw it hard that it made a loud noise.

He had luck, naabutan niya ako with the burger. If ever na hindi, hinanap ko 'yung manager or supervisor. Pero actually, parang mas inis ako kasi hindi ako nakapagreklamo kasi naawa din ako sa bata. Wala pa yatang 18 'yun eh. While I was talking to him, I know he got scared. Kaya pinabayaan ko na lang, baka dahil sa galit ko mawalan pa ng trabaho ang kawawang bata.

The next day, tinopak na naman ako. Fiesta sa parish at 40th year anniversary ng priesthood ng german na pari. As a tradition, nagbebenta ng mga pagkain after ng mass tapos ang proceeds mapupunta sa charity. Tapos, the three communities will celebrate the feast together, the german, filipino and spanish speaking community.

I always look forward to the paella every year. Authentic kasi tapos fresh pa ang ingredients. We were waiting on a long line for the paella to be served and everybody wants to have a serving. Me mga sumisingit na pero pinipigilan pa ng iba with a smile. Tapos nung bigayan na, sisingit 'yung isang babae. Eh ako ang sisingitan saka 'yung latina sa likod ko. Nabwisit ako kaya sinabi kong nauna ako sa kanya saka 'yung babae sa likod ko. She didn't said a word and just moved back.

Sabi ng isang kakilala naming pinay, germanized na raw ako. Sabi ko, hindi naman puedeng argabyado ka na hindi ka na lang kikibo.

Besides, ganyan ako kapag tinopak. Kung ang iba may six pack, ako may two pack! LOLS.
