It was checked this morning by the maintenance personnel. Matagal nang problema ang heating system dito sa building. Kahit pa nakapatay na at nakabukas na ang bintana, mainit pa rin ang heater. Tapos, sa kabilang building naman, kahit nakatodo na ang heater nila, hindi pa rin umiinit.
Buti na lang at walang dress code dito kaya minsan, naka-shirt na lang ako.

Tonight, 19 May 2008, at 18-22 PM, there will be a concert on the Museumsplatz in Bonn on the occasion OF THE 9th UN Conference of Biological Diversity.
Not only that this concert promotes the awareness on biological diversity, the tickets were also given to us as complimentary of the Federal Ministry of Environment!
Tapos na ang CBD COP 9 MOP 4 dito sa Bonn pero kanina, last day nila, humabol pa ako sa pag-register hindi para mag-participate kundi para makakuha ng badge at souvenir bag na ibinibigay nila sa participants. hehehe. Isasama ko nga pala sa dahilan ang pag-observe sa registration of participants nila na trabaho ko naman sa secretatiat. Oks di ba?
Hindi ko lang na-meet ang counterparts namin dun, na-meet din namin ang ilang Pinoy from CBD. Kalat talaga ang lahi natin! At dahil kalat nga, pati local staff, mayroon din tayo. Kaya naman nang makita kami ng kakilala naming local staff, binigyan pa kami ng ilang bag. We end up having more than what we asked for. Pitong bag yata ang nakuha namin! hehehe. Pinoy connections nga naman. Isinilid na lang namin sa ibang bag para hindi naman kami pagtinginan ng lahat dahil bukod tanging kami lang ang may more than one na bag.
Hectic na ang schedule namin dahil bukas simula na ng set up namin for the conference. Eto ang gusto ko sa lahat, ang adrenalin rush! This keeps me going! Good luck sa buong secretariat at sa participants. Hopefully may mapagkasunduan sila para maisaayos ang pagiging handa sa climate change.
Hmm... balita ko may polar bears daw (mascost siempre). Well, I want to be surprised kung ano ang pakulo ng mga NGO. Paniguarsong may rally na naman.
