Have been actually busy after my Holland weekend get-away due to the Fiesta ng Kabataang Pinoy 2007 that we have organized. I actually wanted to post some pics and tell something about the fiesta pero tinamad na ko.

It went well athough fewer people came as expected and compared to the last one we had in 2005. The organization of the event were better and  of course some controversies would not be out of the questions. It went smoothly even if it had poured for a few minutes. The first rainfall has actually added a cooler effect to our High School Musical's OST "We're all in this together" opening dance number.

It has been a long day and I was so tired after that. It's all worthy since part of the proceeds will not only help our youth to finace their participation in the World youth Day 2008 in Sydney but will also be donated to an NGO in the Philippines, Cribs Philippines Inc. And of course, a part will also be donated to the community fund.

Since the income isn't as much as we needed. We have thought of putting up some more projects to raise funds. One of which is staging another theater play, a muscial. We have already talked to the writer of the tagalog musical version of "Joseph, The Dreamer" and we are targeting to have it staged this year. Kaya na-move ang sinusulat naming musical to next year. Pero, there could be a conflict since we also have to rehearse the play "Landas ng Liwanag: A San Lorenzo Ruiz Play" because a Filipino in California has shown interest in having it staged there. We'll see.

After the success of the fiesta, we went swimming in Aqualand in Cologne. It was nice! Medyo nakakailang lang kasi ang daming pares na andun. Then, we learned that Friday is Couples' Day. Hehehe. Nainggit tuloy ako.

I've been out of work for more than a month. At first it's still okay but I'm getting bored. Besides, I'm not earning anything. I badly need a job!

Kuya Lando, before our swimming, asked me if I'm free this summer. Their programme can give me a job during summer but he wants to make sure that the programme where I used to work isn't giving me work this summer. He also told me that HR has told him that my old programme has asked for a short-list and has asked to include my name. Knowing that my old programme can give me a better chance, we have waited for a phone call.

While waiting, I have also talked to my former supervisor from my previous programme and she told me that she is interested in having me once again this August. Another colleague/friend shown interest in hiring me. All of them are wishing for me to have a better job offer since they can only offer me short-term jobs. And the programme that can give me that chance is my old programme.

This morning, I talked to my boss in my old programme and i found out that they have nothing fro me at the moment. So, I talked to Kuya Lando and told him that I'm free. I was assured that he's already processing the memo. Thank God!!!

Lately I have been having sleeping disorder. I can't sleep no matter what I do to make me fall asleep. I wonder why. I first thought that it was just Insomnia. Then, I balmed it to stress. I also thought that depression may be the reason. And I don't want to think that it's beacuse I'm lovesick. And Oh, how I wish that someone is just thinking of me. Wishful thinking!!!
